Return requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery.
The garment must be unused, with tags and original packaging intact.
A clear opening video and photo of the garment are mandatory for any return or exchange request.
2. Refund Method
We issue store credit only (no cash refunds).
Once the returned item passes quality check, a credit note or wallet balance will be issued — valid for your next Uraka purchase.
3. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to availability of the required size or style.
Sale items and discounted products are not eligible for return or exchange.
