1. Return & Exchange Conditions
- Return requests must be raised within 2 days of delivery.
- The garment must be unused, with tags and original packaging intact.
- A clear opening video and photo of the garment are mandatory for any return or exchange request.
2. Refund Method
- We issue store credit only (no cash refunds).
- Once the returned item passes quality check, a credit note or wallet balance will be issued — valid for your next Uraka purchase.
3. Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to availability of the required size or style.
- Sale items and discounted products are not eligible for return or exchange.

- Requests raised after 2 days
- Garments without proof of damage or incorrect product (video/photo)
- Custom orders, sale items, or discounted purchases
